General Terms and Conditions

1.1.

This privacy policy and cookie policy (the “Policy”) applies to data collected by the company acting under the name Grenton spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, a limited liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) incorporated under the laws of Poland, having its registered office at ul. Na Wierzchowinach 3, 30‑222 Kraków, Poland, registered with the National Court Register held by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000374071, REGON: 121424344, NIP: 6793054754 (the "Company").

1.2.

This Policy applies to websites controlled by the Company where this privacy policy is posted or referenced, including www.grenton.com (the "Websites"), data collected on the Websites as well as notifications addressed to the Company in relation to services and products offered by the Company or the Websites. The Websites’ aim is to provide detailed information about the Company as well as products and services offered by the Company. The Websites allow the Company to provide the customer services to the Company’s existing and future clients.

1.3.

By using the Websites, you voluntarily accept and consent to the terms and conditions of this Policy and to processing of your data, including your personal data and information by the Company for the purposes stated below.

This Policy is governed by Polish law.

2.

Personal Data Processing

2.1.

Personal data within the meaning of the provisions of the Article.13 of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016; (the “Act”) is administered by the Company.

2.2.

The Company processes your personal data in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Act. You are entitled to control your personal data processing in accordance to the Act, in particular access, correct and supplement your personal data and request to cease the processing. 2.3.

Personal data are provided voluntarily, although this is necessary for the purposes indicated below by the Company.

2.4.

Your personal data will be processed by the Company only to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

a)

sale of the Company’s goods or provision of the Company’s services,

b)

handling of the complaint procedure and claims pursuance procedures if necessary,

c)

marketing of the Company’s goods or services and submission of offers,

d)

dispatch of the Company’s newsletter, and

e)

implementation of the Websites’ intended aims.

2.5.

Your personal data will be stored in accordance with requirements set forth in the applicable provisions of law for a period not longer than necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

2.6.

Your personal data will be stored in the database using technical and organisational measures that ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with requirements set forth in the applicable provisions of law.

2.7.

The Company assures that it makes every effort to process personal data with highest regard for the privacy, with highest care for the safety of processed personal data, and in accordance with requirements set forth in the applicable provisions of law.

2.8.

The Company may transfer your personal data to other persons, authorities and institutions that are authorised to receive such information in connection with the applicable provisions of law and international agreements, or when such transfer of data is necessary for the fulfilment of legally justified goals being pursued by the Company or data recipients.

2.9.

On the basis of the written agreement concluded in accordance with Article 31 of the Act, the Company may entrust the processing of your personal data to entities providing hosting and newsletter services to the Company for the purpose of activities related to the hosting, administration, maintenance and management of the Websites as well as the Company’s products and services.

2.10.

Since the Company provides services all over the world and cooperates with partners from all over the world, your personal data may be transferred to the Company’s partners in jurisdictions where data protections laws differ from Polish and European law, including the United States of America, and you hereby express your consent for such transfer. The Company is aware of the regulations contained in the Privacy Shield developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and European Commission to provide companies with mechanisms to comply with the European Union’s data protection requirements when transferring personal data from the European Union to the United States.

Cookies

3.1.

This Policy relating to the Websites’ cookies is intended for Websites’ users and explains what cookies are, why the Company use them, how they work as well as your rights and obligations.

3.2.

The cookies' administrator is the Company.

3.3.

When using the Websites, data about you is automatically compiled. This data include: IP address, domain name, browser type and type of operating system. These data can be compiled by cookies, the Google Analytics system and the Web Beacon system and can be saved on server logs.

3.4.

The cookies are files that are sent to a user's computer or other device when the user browses the Websites. Cookies remember the user's preferences, which enhances the quality of services, improves search results and the applicability of the information displayed and tracks user preferences. Users can opt out of cookies by selected the appropriate setting on the browser used.

3.5.

Consent is given to the Company storing or accessing cookies on your device through settings on the browser installed on the user's device. If you want to remove cookies from your device you can do so by using your browser options.

3.6.

Two basic types of cookie files are used in the Websites: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files which are stored on the device until such time as the user logs out, leaves the website or switches off the software (website browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the device for a specified period of time with the parameters of a cookie file or until such time as they are deleted by the user. The Company uses the cookies listed below:

a)

Strictly necessary cookies – cookies of key importance that enable users to move around the Websites and use its features, such as access to safe sections of the Websites. Without these cookies the Websites may not be displayed properly. These are registered user cookies – unique identifiers given to each user to enable them to be recognized when they visit or return to the Website.

b)

Performance cookies – collect information about how visitors use the Websites, i.e. which pages they visit most often and if they get error messages. Data compiled by these cookies are anonymous and are only used to improve how the Websites work.

c)

Functionality cookies – register choices made by users (such as user name, language or the region the user is in). These cookies can also be used to remember the changes a user makes, e.g. to text size, fonts and to other parts of the Websites that can be customized. Data compiled by cookies may be used by the Company to track the behaviour of users and to make content available).

d)

Cookies which serve to ensure security, e.g. are used to detect misuses involving authentication within the Websites.

3.7.

Google Analytics referred to in the above is an internet analytical system that generates statistics about the Websites' traffic used to carry on marketing activities.

3.8.

Web Beacon referred to in the above is used to monitor user activity on a website or to check the email address of recipients of content sent by a user through a website when messages containing the Web Beacon file are open.

3.9.

Third party social media can register information about you, e.g. when you click on "add" or "like" in relation to a social network when visiting our site. The Company has no control over these third parties or their actions. Information about social networking sites can be found on these sites. The Company recommends that you read the terms and conditions of use and privacy policy of these sites before using them.

3.10.

Data given by you or compiled automatically are used by the Company to:

a)

ensure proper functioning, configuration, security and reliability of the Websites,

b)

monitor session status,

c)

adjust information displayed to the user's preferences, or

d)

analyse, compile statistics, review and audit Websites’ displays,

e)

implementation of the Websites’ intended aims.
